Kohalpur is a fast-developing city in mid-western Nepal. It is situated at the juncture of East-West National Highway and Nepalgunj – Surkhet highway. It has slightly over 36000 inhabitants (see facts & figures) and is 16km north of Nepalgunj, the largest city in Banke district.
